- Right click on an empty space in your label design and select "Page Setup"
- Click the "Wizard" button in the bottom left of the new window
- Choose "Specify Custom Settings" and click "Next"
- Choose "Multiple columns and/or rows of items per page" and click "Next"
- Adjust the "Columns" to the number required and click "Next"
- If your media has selvedges you can make these adjustments now
- Click "Next" to proceed to the next page
- Now choose whether you want your labels portrait or landscape
- Change the width and the height of the labels and check the preview is correct then click "Next"
- Choose rectangle unless it's another shape and click "Next"
- Check the "Set Manually" checkbox and set the horizontal (or vertical if landscape) gap and click "Next"
- If required you can change the printing order and click "Next"
- Click "Next" one last time to skip the "Background Features"
- Confirm the details on the screen and click "Finish"
- Check the "Template Size" under the "Layout" tab
- Tick the "Set Manually" check box and adjust the size if it's incorrect
- Check the "Gap / Pitch"
- Tick the "Set Manually" check box and adjust the size if it's incorrect
- Lastly adjust the left and right "Margins" so they are correct
- Click "Close"
